Where did it all start?

My passion for photography started from a young age. As you can see from the photograph of me as a child - I was always taking photographs of literally everything and anything. I would often look through old photo albums as a child and think back fondly on all the memories my family and I shared.

When I got older, I was always known as the friend who would bring their camera with them and I was always the one who would have to go on a mad upload spree on Facebook following a day out!

After learning more about photography at school during my A-Levels, I decided to study it more at university to see if I could turn it into my dream career. I earned my degree in Film and Media in 2017 and part of that degree was studying Electronic Arts at California State University, Long Beach. Here I met so many incredibly talented photographers and videographers who not only inspired me but encouraged me to pursue it as a career.

After several internships, I learnt very quickly that the media industry is a tough one to break into so photography became my constant hobby instead. As a career, I pursued teaching. Between 2017-2026, I was a primary school teacher and special educational needs coordinator.

However, after much encouragement from family and friends, I decided to chase this childhood dream and make photography my full time career. This new chapter has been incredibly exciting, rewarding and one I do not take from granted! I adore my job, I love meeting new people and I feel truly blessed to be a part of your special occasions!
