Six Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire based wedding venues I would love to photograph.

As a 31 year old, I have many friends currently getting married. As a result, I have been very fortunate to attend some beautiful wedding venues in Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Hampshire. Whilst attending these weddings, it got me thinking about how beautiful it must be to photograph couples there. Therefore, I thought I would compile a list of my thoughts and give you my top 6 venues I would love to photograph and maybe it would be useful for fellow photographers as well as future brides and grooms!

Rivervale Barn

This beautiful venue set in Yateley has been a desire for a while! I was fortunate enough to photograph an engaged couple who recently held their wedding here and it was stunning. With everything on site, from the ceremony room to the dance floor, it is all beautifully designed in one place. I think this would be the perfect venue for someone wanting to keep everything all in one!

Ufton Court

I am so excited that I am getting to be a photographer at this venue soon! Ufton Court is something special and truly unique. As an ex-primary school teacher, I attended a school trip here and was able to gauge the full depths of the grounds! This venue is huge! However, as a guest, the barn where the wedding is held is stunning. With the option to hold the ceremony both inside and outside and plenty of space to have beautiful photos, it is one of the venues I really feel are hidden gem!

Tithe Barn

This venue in Bicester is a truly special place for couples who want to be within walking distance to a church! My lovely friend got married here during the summer and not only did she have a beautiful reception here but she also had a delicious BBQ the next day in one of the neighbouring gardens. The venue itself is spacious with a gorgeous courtroom outside meaning there is plenty of space for guests to mingle or play lawn games.

Stanlake Park Wine Estate

Truly a unique and beautiful venue - getting married surrounded by a vineyard! Dreamy! The buildings are gorgeous and light and the gardens are just perfect for couples, family and friend photography. Not only that, but of course, delicious wine! A luxury feel venue and one I think would be incredible to photograph!

Trunkwell House

Trunkwell House is just one of those places that you walk into and feel instantly at ease. This beautiful house has gorgeous grounds with a stunning garden so plenty of space for lawn games and mingling. Not only that, but after personal communication with the team, they are so lovely and accommodating! I really feel like this venue would be perfect for a couple who want to feel truly looked after.

The Post Barn

I am so excited to photograph an upcoming wedding here. I think what truly is impressive at this venue is just the grandeur, the size of the mirrored doors and the light and airy feel it gives couples. I feel like this is a very popular choice of venue for so many couples just because it really is a venue that offers it all.

Honorary Mention - Marylebone Town Hall

I feel like this is just a would love to location for any photographer, videographer or content creator. After going viral online for their incredible white pillars, the venue makes for the dreamiest London venue. As a candid photographer, I can appreciate how this is dreamy especially for editorial photographers!
